SELFIES

SELFIE: a genre of self-portrait photograph, typically taken with a hand-held digital camera or camera phone. They are often casual, are typically taken either with a camera held at arm's length or in a mirror, and may include only the photographer or other people as well.

Jared and I have been taking selfies out of necessity before "selfies" were a thing. As part of our tradition we take a "selfie" to remember any event, small or large, and to remind us the most important thing about being there was that we were together.
