Fresh From the Garden | Caprese Salad


Before the leaves start to turn and we see our last days of Summer in Washington we harvested our garden. With our basil and tomato harvest  from our first garden we made a bright and delicious Caprese salad with fresh bufala mozzarella cheese and Texas Olive Oil.
 
Seattle tomatoes and Texas Oil, made a great combo.
